- 3 cups cassava flour
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 4 eggs, room temperature
- 2 tablespoons melted coconut oil
- 2 tablespoons honey
- 1 teaspoon apple cider vinegar
Directions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a medium mixing bowl, whisk together the cassava flour, baking soda, and salt.
- In a separate mixing bowl, whisk together the eggs, melted coconut oil, honey, and apple cider vinegar.
