Directions
Wash and chop the carrots and apple. Freeze the banana chunks beforehand for a thicker smoothie consistency.
- Combine all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth and creamy. You may need to adjust the amount of plant-based milk depending on your desired consistency.
- Add a pinch of ground cinnamon for extra warmth or a drizzle of honey or maple syrup for a touch of sweetness.
- Pour into a glass and savor your refreshing and energizing smoothie.
