Ingredients

1 cup chopped carrots
- 1 medium apple, cored and chopped
- 1/2 cup frozen banana chunks
- 1 tablespoon Tonomi banana flour
- 1 cup unsweetened plant-based milk (almond, coconut, oat, etc.)
- 1/2 teaspoon grated ginger
- 1/4 teaspoon ground turmeric
- Optional: Pinch of ground cinnamon, honey or maple syrup to taste
Directions
Wash and chop the carrots and apple. Freeze the banana chunks beforehand for a thicker smoothie consistency.
- Combine all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth and creamy. You may need to adjust the amount of plant-based milk depending on your desired consistency.
