Ingredients

1 cup of Tonomi cassava flour

1 cup of milk

2 eggs

1 cup of water

2 tablespoons of oil

1 tablespoon vanilla
Directions
- Add all ingredients together and mix until it reaches a thin consistency, then set aside for 5-10 minutes.
- Next, heat a nonstick skillet over medium heat.
- Once hot, lightly grease the pan with oil or butter.
- Pour ⅓ cup of batter into the skillet and swirl to spread evenly.
- Cook for one minute, or until the crepe is golden brown.
- Gently flip and cook for an additional 30 seconds to one minute.
- Remove from heat and repeat with remaining batter.
