Directions
Brew 2 cups of Tonomi's dark roast coffee using your preferred method. Ensure it's strong and flavorful to enhance the taste of the coffee jelly.
- In a small bowl, sprinkle gelatin powder over cold water and let it sit for about 5 minutes to bloom.
- In a saucepan, heat the brewed dark roast coffee over medium heat. Stir in granulated sugar until completely dissolved.
- Once the sugar is dissolved, add the bloomed gelatin mixture to the coffee. Stir continuously until the gelatin is completely dissolved and well incorporated.
- Remove the coffee mixture from heat and let it cool slightly. Pour the mixture into your desired mold or individual serving glasses.
- Place the mold or glasses in the refrigerator to chill for at least 4 hours or overnight, allowing the coffee jelly to set completely.
- Once set, remove the coffee jelly from the refrigerator. If desired, top with a dollop of whipped cream for added indulgence.
- Serve chilled and enjoy the delightful combination of Tonomi's dark roast coffee infused into a refreshing jelly texture.
