Directions
In a dry bowl, combine the dark roast coffee, sugar, and hot water. Using a hand mixer or electric whisk, beat the mixture vigorously for about 4-5 minutes until it becomes thick, light, and fluffy. The mixture should resemble a caramel-colored whipped cream.
Pour the cold milk into a glass.
Carefully spoon the whipped coffee on top of the milk.
Stir gently to combine the coffee and milk layers. Enjoy your Dalgona coffee immediately!
