Directions
Combine the chilled coffee, blueberries, banana, cacao powder, and tapioca flour in a blender.
Add the plant-based milk and blend until smooth and creamy. If using avocado, add it now and blend again until fully incorporated.
Taste your smoothie and adjust sweetness or thickness as desired. Add more milk for a thinner consistency or a drizzle of honey or maple syrup for a touch more sweetness.
