- 1 cup cassava flour
- 1/2 cup cocoa powder
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 cup plant-based milk (such as almond milk or soy milk)
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
Directions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the cassava flour, cocoa powder, sugar, baking powder, and salt.
- In a separate mixing bowl, whisk together the plant-based milk, vegetable oil, vanilla extract, and vinegar.
