        Rose Whipped Cream

½ cup heavy cream (or coconut cream for dairy-free)

1 tbsp powdered sugar
        
-

                    Directions
- Brew robusta coffee and let it cool. 
- In a shaker, combine coffee, almond milk, cocoa powder, maple syrup, and ice. Shake vigorously.
        
- In a separate bowl, whip cream with powdered sugar and rose water until soft peaks form.
        
- Pour the coffee mixture into glasses filled with ice.
        
- Top with rose whipped cream and a sprinkle of cocoa or rose petals.

                      Recipe Tips:
Adjust rose water to taste; a little goes a long way.
Use cold brew coffee for a smoother flavor.
Add a dash of cinnamon or cardamom for extra warmth.
