Directions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a cake pan with dairy-free butter or cooking spray.
- In a bowl, mix eggs, avocado oil, sugar, and vanilla.
- Add dairy-free milk then gradually add cassava flour.
- Pour the batter into greased pan and smooth the top with a spatula.
- Bake for 30 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the center of the cake comes out clean.
- Remove the cake from the oven and let it cool completely in the pan before removing it and serving.
Recipe Note
Optional: You may use a gluten-free and dairy-free frosting and decorate it with sprinkles, chocolate chips, or fresh fruits.
