1 cup Tonomi cassava flour

1/2 cup cocoa powder

1/2 teaspoon salt

1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted

1/2 cup honey or maple syrup

2 eggs

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

1/2 cup chocolate chips, nuts, or dried fruit (optional)
Directions
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a 9-inch square baking dish with parchment paper.
In a mixing bowl, whisk together the cassava flour, cocoa powder, salt, and baking soda.
In a separate bowl, combine the melted butter and honey or maple syrup.
Beat in the eggs and vanilla extract until well combined.
Add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients and stir until just combined.
Fold in the chocolate chips/nuts/dried fruits.
