Tonomi Superfoods
Ingredients
-
1/2 cup brewed Tonomi’s Dark Roast Coffee
-
1/2 cup milk (dairy or plant-based)
-
2 tablespoons pumpkin puree
-
1 tablespoon maple syrup (or sweetener of choice)
-
1/2 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice (plus extra for garnish)
-
1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract
-
Whipped cream (optional, for garnish)
Directions
Start by brewing 1/2 cup of Tonomi's Dark Roast Coffee. Its robust flavor will perfectly complement the warm spices in this latte.
In a small saucepan over medium heat, whisk together the pumpkin puree, maple syrup, pumpkin pie spice, and vanilla extract. Cook for 2-3 minutes until the mixture is smooth and fragrant
Add milk to the pumpkin mixture in the saucepan. Heat for an additional 3-4 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the milk is hot but not boiling. If you prefer, you can use a milk frother to create a nice foam.
Pour the freshly brewed coffee into a mug, then slowly pour in the warm pumpkin-spiced milk mixture. Stir gently to combine.
For the finishing touch, add a swirl of whipped cream on top (optional) and sprinkle with a pinch of pumpkin pie spice for extra flavor
Your homemade Pumpkin Spice Latte is ready! Sip slowly and enjoy the rich blend of spices and dark roast goodness.

Tips:
If you prefer a sweeter latte, feel free to add an extra tablespoon of maple syrup or a dash of your favorite sweetener.
If you don’t have pumpkin pie spice on hand, you can make your own by combining cinnamon, nutmeg, ginger, and cloves.
Swap out regular milk for almond, oat, or coconut milk to make this latte vegan-friendly.
